 I've added an updated patch that
 * Reduces the heading level by 1 for posts that aren't is_singular, making
 the headings h2 for "indexed" posts
 * Makes the headings in nav and page-level aside elements h3
 * Leaves the site title an h1 element with the tagline an h2 on all pages
 inside an hgroup. To fully match Twenty Ten's heading pattern, with a
 dynamic heading for the site title, we should also use a dynamic heading
 for the first nav element on the page too which seems like too much for
 me.
 * Add a missing nav heading in image.php
 * Removes unneeded nav and heading in single.php

 There are still pages with multiple h1s. Archive pages will have 1 for the
 site title and 1 for the page title (Category Archives: X). The Showcase
 will have three h1s; the site title, the featured post heading, and the
 recent post heading. I don't see this as a problem though.
