 Installed and upgraded WP Multisite using WP SVN right from inception at
 3.0.1. All has worked fine, however, when I've now upgraded from 3.0.5 to
 3.1.3 by running this command

 {{{
 svn sw http://core.svn.wordpress.org/tags/3.1.3
 }}}

 it comes back with the error (repeated twice):

 {{{
 svn: Directory 'wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media' is missing
 svn: Directory 'wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media' is missing
 }}}

 This directory is not on my local copy and it appears its not on the
 server svn repository.

 My point is that I don't believe I should be seeing this error - if its a
 deprecated directory, surely this should be dealt with accordingly
