 With 3.2 wordpress it is easier for admins to reply to pending comments by
 approving them when you a replying.

 currently it is more or less a hidden feature because it doesn't show up
 in "Approve | Reply | Quick Edit | Edit | Spam | Trash"

 I bet many bloggers will still click on Approve and then start their
 reply.

 Possible solution:
 change it to Approve | Reply & Approve | Quick Edit | Edit | Spam | Trash
