 When selecting a page to use as the front page in the "Front page
 displays" select list under the Reading Settings, pages are ordered
 alphabetically - should they be ordered using menu order?

 I understand not everyone uses menu order, but there could be a check to
 see if any pages are using it, then order them by menu order, if not then
 order alphabetically.
