 Two problems for the future record, if we are in string freeze: 1) the
 help tab text refers to WordPress Blog while screen options and the screen
 itself still call it WordPress Development Blog and 2) there are tens of
 millions of "WordPress Blogs" out there, maybe 100 blogs about WordPress
 but this one is more distinctively the one of official WordPress
 Announcements.
