 1. Add any files deleted to $_old_files.

  2. Find out which files we still need to delete as a result of the UI
 sweep, and which we can safely remove (in terms of compatibility), and do
 so. (Clear with koopersmith.)

  3. Bump version-check API string from 1.6-beta to 1.6. (Clear with
 nacin.)

  4. Bump credits API transient timeout from one day to a week. (Clear with
 nacin.)
