 Steps to reproduce if you can't make sense of the book i wrote above:

 1. Create a new post with the tag $$
 1. Create another post with the same tag: $$
 1. Create a third post with the same tag: $$
 1. Check the tag list to find three tags with the title $$ but with
 separate IDs.
