 Interesting. I hadn't noticed that JJJ's patch adds only the private
 pages, but you're right.

 To maintain support for custom statuses, we should probably use 'any'
 rather than enumerating each status... but when I tried that, either as a
 string or an array, my parent dropdown disappeared entirely and I got some
 weird capability errors.
