 I'd also love to know how exactly the highlighting is determined without
 digging into Trac (Python?!); it doesn't seem consistent at all. It's also
 a little confusing because there's some alternate row striping going on
 but when they don't really alternate it just looks like there are
 different colors.

 My question would be who uses the highlighting as a visual cue and in what
 way? If people are used to it, it might not be worth changing, but if it
 could be more usable somehow, we should roll that in.
