 In WP 3.2.1, if you create a ordered or unordered list in the TinyMCE,
 after it has been closed, it outputs content afterwards within <div> tags
 instead of the expected <p> tag. The content should be outputted in a <p>
 tag instead.

 I tested this on a clean install (WP 3.2.1) with two different themes and
 produced the same result both times.
