Comment:

 If we add this it could be used to output any dynamically generated JS
 from PHP (plugins, themes, etc.). Wondering if it's worth renaming it as
 "l10n" doesn't really describe it properly. Also need to support more than
 one addition per script, would make it a lot more flexible.
