 This was a quick hack, I can svn co WP later this week & clean it up.

 @azaozz, as far as I know, I've only knocked out the active state, so: (a)
 the hover is still showing the background-gradient as well as the icon-
 color, (b) the disabled is still greyed out , and (c) the active is the
 hover-state, held on mouse-out.

 So basically, the same. Any suggestions?  The disabled is a little weak
 for contrast at present, I'd almost prefer brighter/darker icons, but
 that's a matter of modding wp-
