 I've modified the css for TinyMCE to no longer have borders or backgrounds
 (flat, with just icons) and it looks 1000x better! It's less work to focus
 on what the icon is/does. Attached is a mock-up.

 This is a suggestion to improve the already improved TinyMCE coloration-
 on-hover.
