 13847.patch] (Related: #13847) which replaces the hard-encoded memory
 limit value with a configure-able constant.

 According to the description, it's about 24 MB allocated, not 256 MB. I'd
 suggest closing as invalid, since the default memory limit in
 `wp_initial_constants()` is 32 MB.
