 3.2.1 has just been released along with an updated to TwentyEleven.

 The admin bar shows 1 update is available - to the theme.

 The Dashboard -> Updates area shows 2 updates are available - the theme
 and WordPress.

 There is also the yellow 'nag' area about the new version of WordPress.

 Should this be more consistent?
