 Search for wp-admin/network/sites.php treats 2011.foo as an IP address.
 The IPv4 address regex should be more specific.

 Searching for numeric domains/paths is not possible since they are treated
 as a blog ID.  A simple way around this is to not do a blog ID search if a
 wildcard is present.  2011 = blog id and 2011*  = domain/path.
