 When editing any child page in Quick Edit mode, the mdashes to denote it's
 place in the pages' hierarchy are no longer present once the quick edit
 has been applied.

 It appears to be the case with all pages, regardless of their depth in the
 hierarchy - I tested at least four deep, and I can't imagine very many
 people ever going deeper than that in their page structure.
