Comment:

 Currently get_the_taxonomies uses $taxonomy->label, which is an alias for
 $taxonomy->labels->name. It avoids singular_name even when the count is 1.
 Perhaps this would be a good enhancement separately, but for now, I'm
 indeed fine with 'Format' for both name and singular_name.

 This would be our first string change in the cycle. That this is a request
 from translators for more context, I'm fine with it from that perspective.
 We need to post to wppolyglots when done.
