 To also allow scheduled pages to be parents, and to support this in the
 Quick Edit as well as Edit Page areas, it appears that the post_status
 array must include 'future' as well in the changes to class-wp-posts-list-
 table.php and meta-boxes.php.

 Are there other statuses that should be considered as well?
