 Using 3.1 nightly (from this morning) I cannot mark a user as spam from
 wp-admin/network/users.php

 I search for the user, find him, select his check box, pick 'Mark as spam'
 from the drop down, and nothing happens.

 If I delete him, it works fine, but I can't mark or un-mark spammers.

 Tested on two installs, one with and one without BuddyPress (JUST in case)
 and I got the same result.
