 [attachment:8592.2.diff] fixes several issues:
 1. A warning in Quick Edit:

 Warning: mysql_real_escape_string() expects parameter 1 to be string,
 array given in .../wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 791
 }}}
 2. Quick Edit was still showing only published pages.
 3. The change in `wp_dropdown_pages()` seems unnecessary.
