 One thing I should note, there should be an argument to hide a post status
 and an argument to limit what post types it can be used with, especially
 now that we have custom post types, maybe I want a status just for my
 custom post type.  Or maybe I want a staus that can manually be selected
 it must be added by my plugin for whatever reason.

 Just my 2 cents.
