 Sergey, I don't know much about when or if it is appropriate to write in
 capital letters, but i believe that good practice is to keep all text in
 normal letters (like "Error" in the beginning of the sentence and "error"
 in the middle) and if you want to show them in uppercase then just apply
 css "text-transform".
