#16136: Permalinks in the form /index.php/xxxxx no longer works for pages
--------------------------+--------------------------------------------
 Reporter: dlo | Owner:
Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component: Permalinks | Version: 3.1
Severity: normal | Keywords: permalinks, pathinfo index.php
--------------------------+--------------------------------------------
Testing the 3.1-RC2, the links to the static pages return a "Page not
found" message with PATHINFO permalinks in the form
 /'''index.php'''/''pageslug''.
Even with newly created pages and despite an update of the permalink
structure saving the options, there is no access to pages but the
retrieval of posts, individually or by category, is operational .

This was working well in prior releases until 3.0.4.

Can it possibly be a 3.1 bug ?
