I would group them by display size (the amount of space they need to get
displayed). My opinion:
standard(default) / image, gallery, video / aside, status, link, chat,
quote / audio
And yes i know, the text-length is not equal.

+1 - Should (imo) be the most important argument for the order. They won't
grow too much, so you don't need to search by name. By "used most" (row)
and "size groups" (columns) would be easy, i think.
