 Well, seems like there's no perfect solution for these edge cases. Perhaps
 we should just document this somewhere, in case some other suhosin users
 are clueless abt this. wontfix?

 Ajaxifying the menu UI should be put in a separate ticket, if sb's still
 interested in that.
