 Just testing with IIS6.0, And i'm not running into this at all, Canonical
 redirects work as expected. However, that's using /?p= or
 /index.php/postname/ permastructs.

 Is there any identified configuration which is failing? ISAPIRewrite? IIS
 using non-fcgi PHP, certain versions of PHP?
