 There should be a checkbox for selecting "Publish immediately" when
 editing the time of when a post is published. This should set the publish
 time to the same state as when starting to write a new post, both if it is
 a draft (ie: time is set when pressing publish) and when it is a published
 post (ie: time is set when pressing update post).
