Comment:

 Otto, the worpdress.org homepage states that the package I can download is
 licensed under GNU GPL.

 If that information is wrong because some files therein do not fall under
 the packages licensing (that's how I read you), then I would like to know
 how I and other users can know that for each file in there. That's all for
 the moment.

 The wordpress.org homepage is not offering any other information that the
 files in the package are under GPL.
