Comment:

 Try this:

 1. Commit changes to SVN trunk, but not the 'Stable tag' in the readme.
 2. svn copy
 3. Bump the readme to reflect the new tag.

 Problem is, I believe, the new tag isn't created when the readme is
 parsed.

 Also, you might need to wait up to 15 minutes or so for the package to be
 built.

 I don't have a problem adding better instructions and potentially even
 improving some of the code behind it, as the order of operations is
 definitely annoying. But we need it iron out what people keep doing wrong
 in order to make it so they do it properly.
