 Similar to the initial thread I would like to see improvements to the
 'touch' features of WP-Admin. Yesterday I wanted to change the side-bar
 widgets on my iPad while I was out and about. However, drag and drop
 doesn't work on a touch-screen device (tried on iPhone and Android too).

 One 'simple' workaround would be to have a drop-down box in the sidebar
 area to add a widget from a list. Yes, it may be a little step 'backwards'
 but as more and more people use tablets and phones for day-to-day admin
 then I feel it's something that should be looked at at least.
