Comment:

 Hmm, I'm not sure this is a bug.

 Users are not unique to sites - one user can be assigned to multiple sites
 or even none (if you create a new user manually). The only login link that
 will *always* be valid is
 `http://primarysite.mynamesite.com/wp_login.php`.

 Besides, once the user logs in they will automatically be redirected to
 the admin page for their primary site (if they are assigned any) - in this
 case `http://test1.mynamesite.com/wp-admin/`.
