 Since [10737] (WP 2.8), WordPress has support for so called
 [http://hakre.wordpress.com/2010/05/01/must-use-and-drop-ins-plugins/
 Must-Use Plugins]. Since [13233] (WP 3.0) those are listed in the admin
 panel.

 By default, Plugins can be edited on the ''Edit Plugins'' page ({{{/wp-
 admin/plugin-editor.php}}}).

 On WordPress 3.0.4 it's not possible to edit Must-Use plugins.

 User who can edit plugins should be enabled to edit the ''must-
 use''-variant of plugins as well.
