 There are a lot of text issues on this screen. "Site Visibility" isn't
 correct. It's visible either way. It's about what you're asking robots
 (Search Engines is probably a fine colloquial term for robots) to do.

 "I would like..." "I would like..." lose those.

 Maybe frame the whole thing in terms of search engines.

 Search Engine Visibility:

  * Allow search engines to index this site.
  * Ask search engines to not index this site.

 Note: neither of these options physically blocks access to your site — it
 is up to search engines to honor your request.
