 I am experiencing this in WP 3.3 only in multisite as well.

 I checked the scheduled chron jobs and it showed several "one time" jobs
 from when I installed WP 3.3 RC1 to present that have not been run or
 removed from the scheduled jobs.

 I have verified that the server chron is running normally, and jobs are
 getting scheduled, they just aren't running in multisite.

 I have a single site install on a subfolder of this site that is
 scheduling correctly.

 I have been able to get the chron working by enabling the alternate chron

 {{{ define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true); }}}

 However, I do not have to do that on other WP installs with this server,
 or even within the same site, only for multisite.
