 scribu and ocean90: If you don't specify a version number on
 register/enqueue, it falls back to $wp_version already. So we're just
 making all core scripts fall back to $wp_version and bumping $wp_version
 whenever we need to invalidate cache. We already do this during RCs and
 betas, and it wouldn't be a bad thing to have for alpha.
