Comment:

 I'm not able to reproduce this bug. I move from one main menu item to
 another very quickly (moving mouse pointer vertically) and are not able to
 see two flyouts at once. Or may be for 1/100 of a second, wich could be a
 browser issue to me. Hardly a contribution to a perception of a slow
 dashboard. Suggest "worksforme".
