 The RSS feed won't either, neither will a page listing the recently
 updated plugins on /extend/plugins/. It just won't be in the sidebar or
 pushed into your face when it just isn't useful information. It's nice to
 consult the list if you're looking for recently updated plugins, but on
 its face, that isn't something a user is doing. They're not well-served by
 the list. It's something a curator is doing.
