 No updates listed in themes (via Appearance>Themes). The notifier number
 does show next to the Plugins dashboard sidebar item (as well as adminbar
 and dashboard>updates). Deleted the few themes in the system that I'm not
 using to reduce clutter, no change in notifier number.
