 I have translated this string to Arabic:

 http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/ar/default?filters[status]=either&filters[original_id]=26918&filters[translation_id]=1282624

 Then I removed wp-config.php to produce the error but then I found text
 still displayed in English instead of Arabic.

 Should I translate the string manually at wp-load.php ?!
