 register_taxonomy_for_object_type only does what the object_type arg of
 the register_taxonomy function does except for
 register_taxonomy_for_object_type is additive.

 I have no doubt that this was supposed to work, but as you can see from
 using the attached plugin, it doesn't as the query only checks is_tax.
