 Thanks I just read the discussion as I was writing something about the
 shortcodes and wpautop problem. But I think I lost everything that I
 wrote. Silly me.
 PS. Shouldn't there be a similar change in wp-settings.php? $wp_query =&
 $wp_the_query;
