 I just upgraded to 3.3-RC1 and receive this:

 Notice: add_contextual_help is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version
 3.3! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab() instead. in
 /var/www/xxxxxx/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3458

 The notice appears at the very top of the page and goes underneath the
 admin bar.

 I disabled all plugins and switched to the default Twenty Eleven theme but
 the notice still persists.
