 I think there is a minor comment typo in:

 /wp-includes/general-template.php  on line 109

 The current line is:

  * For the parameter, if the file is called "{slug}-special.php" then
 specify

 Should this not be:

  * For the $name parameter, if the file is called "{slug}-special.php"
 then specify
