 No. One of the reasons wp_title can't be patched now is because it's used
 in plugins for other (wrong) uses. If we prevent that from happening stuff
 can't break because people use things wrong. That's why, in fact, I tend
 to agree with nacin that we probably shouldn't even allow the removal of
 the title altogether...
