Comment:

 Forcing FS_METHOD to ssh2 will not work if the Server environment does not
 support the PHP SSH2 extension.

 Keep an eye on this plugin for non-php-extension support:
 http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ssh-sftp-updater-support/

 FTP_SSH is a constant which is for back-compat, it should not be used or
 needed.
