 The widget-area boxes should be draggable as a whole. Meaning the user
 should be able to drag and drop the area boxes up and down as a way to
 rearrange the areas.

 Sometimes I want to move the entire area's contents to a different area,
 and the best way would just be to drag the box to a different position in
 the vertical order.
