 The new patch ([attachment:17979.4.diff]) creates additional sidebars
 labeled as "Orphaned Widgets".  These keep the original ID from the
 original theme, so if you switch back to the old theme everything goes
 exactly where it was.  If we do this and then make widgets draggable in
 groups it would be a big step forward.
