 Hello,

 after upgrading to 3.2.1 the index.php does not rewrite ?cat=1 when added
 to the pagination. e.g. domain.com/page/2?cat=1

 ''Info: Custom Permalink Structore (Most Common): /%postname%.html''

 Normally this ('''domain.com/page/2?cat=1''') would resolve to
 '''domain.com/category/uncategorized/page/2''' - but it no longer does and
 is directly accessible.

 This will cause duplicate content errors, if you do not use canonical
 links and is therefore a major bug and can lead to various Google
 problems.

 Yes, I have temporarily disabled all plugins and checked this on multiple
 servers with the same result, but I need a 2nd opinion on this - can
 someone verify the problem for me?
