 +1 to .4 patch

 Confirmed issue still present in trunk r17731 (3.2-bleeding) when trying
 to do a large import today with memory set to larger than 256M.

 PHP is sure a special language when it makes it interesting to figure out
 whether the code is increasing or decreasing the memory.
